Ambassador Spotlight: Elizabeth King

09/25/2017

Elizabeth King decided to become a MoGo Ambassador for Rivertown because she wants to dispel the myth that bikes aren’t a realistic transportation option. In addition to being a commuter tool that makes people happier and healthier, Elizabeth believes biking is the best way to see the City of Detroit.

Elizabeth’s favorite memory on a bike is from her trip to Amsterdam where she was amazed to see so many people on bikes wearing all types of clothing. She hopes Detroit can one day reach a similar level of bike-friendly infrastructure and bike-first mentality.
