MoGo’s Birthday Celebration: MoGo4

05/07/2021

If you’ve been waiting for the perfect time to give MoGo a try, we have some good news: the wait is over. As part of our 4th birthday, we’re celebrating with our first Free Ride Day of 2021, an Annual Pass sale, a one-day-only Rider Perk at Motor City Brewing Works, and more!

The timing couldn’t be more perfect for new riders, and the barrier to entry has never been lower (except for the Access Pass – see if you qualify and sign up here): riders can enjoy a free ride, buy a MoGo membership at 40% off, and use that membership to access our birthday sale at Motor City Brewing Works, which is only available to members. That’s 4 days, celebrating 4 years, with 40% off!

THE DETAILS:

  • Free Ride Days: Beginning Thursday, May 20th, and running on the third Thursday of every month through October, MoGo will be holding FREE RIDE DAY! Riders can get a pass through the Transit app or at a station kiosk by selecting the ‘Free Ride pass’. Every ride can last up to 120 minutes – unlike the Prepaid Pass, unused minutes will expire at the end of the day. While there is no cost to ride, there will be an $8 hold placed on that individual’s credit card or bank account that will be returned within 72 hours of Free Ride Day.
  • Annual Pass Sale: From Thursday, May 20th, until Sunday, May 23rd, MoGo will be offering new members 40% off our Annual Pass, which means you can pay $54 to get unlimited MoGo rides for the entire year! New members,  former members with lapsed memberships, and current Monthly pass holders who’d like to upgrade are eligible for this offer.
  • Motor City Brewing Works: Head to MCBW on Saturday, May 22nd, and get 15% off your order! Their perk is usually 10%, so this is definitely a special occasion!
  • Get info on the rest of our Bike Month events and promotions here!

Free Ride Day is presented by Henry Ford Health System and HAP.
